The Avdiivka Coke and Chemical Plant lights the night sky while operating in the Donbas. The plant, owned by oligarch Rinat Akhmetov, is the largest coke (purified form of coal) producer in Ukraine, and historically purchased mined coal from Ukraine, the U.S. and from Russia.
